The rooms were reasonably spacious and brand-new with nice views of the Rhine & Castle. the breakfast was sumptuous. the location was favourable - very close to a castle, beautiful view over the Rhine river, and nearby Burg Rheinstein.

The breakfast served here was fantastic with a variety of delicious options that we really enjoyed.

The staff at check-out were friendly and excellent. the room was luxurious and the breakfast was marvellous. the hotel's stunning location is close to the Rhein as well as Bingen or Bacharach.

Had variety of options for breakfast, it was sumptuous and reasonably good. It had great and amazing location very close to the Rhine river, and an 11 hundred year old castle...

It offers exceptional service. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet!

The hotel was wonderful and lovely with unique location not far from nice restaurants and cafes, and Rhein river. The staff were welcoming and exceptionally nice and offered us a luxurious room with stylish decoration. The service was exceptional, no reason to complain.

The newly renovated hotel rooms offer beautiful views of the river and the location is absolutely breathtaking, with excellent amenities available.

The rooms were nicely furnished, with beautiful views of the castle and Rhine River, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was fantastic near the castle museum.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the charming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience memorable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, which added to the festive spirit. Another positive aspect was the beautiful location of the hotel, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that were less than ideal. The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked a pleasant view, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was pretty nice, and we had a WONDERFUL view of the river. Friendly service, provided by the really helpful staff. Fantastic and incredible location in the middle of jackson, met what we needed. What's more, it was really close to nearby Burg Rheinstein, an old castle and beautiful view over the Rhine river.

We had a fantastic stay in a castle from the middle ages overlooking the Rhine. The location and hotel facilities were amazing. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner on the terrace, which had breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to explore the castle museum when it was closed to the public.

Nothing could have been better.

The bustling Rhine river location, trains, boats, river view during meals. Funky and interesting museum. Overhauled and fun castle space. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and lovely morning view. Accommodating staff and great restaurant. Majestic castle and impeccable sleeping accommodations. High tea, sumptuous breakfast, and museum visit included in a good value stay. Comfy bed and quiet nights.
